The literal nuts and bolts of a real estate project is construction. Taking a drawing on a piece of paper, a pile of material, a set of vastly different systems, multiple groups of different technical experts, and transforming all it into a real and physical structure is a daunting process. Setting and running a schedule that take into effect deliveries, subs, delays, weather, financing, loan draws, and deadlines as examples is essential.
